I have suffered with SAD since my youngest son was born 17 years ago. I do currently just start taking prozac in October and stop around April. With all of the new antidepressants out there, I was just wondering if anything “NEW” is similar to Prozac but gives you the joy back in your life. I feel that Prozac just makes you numb but not better. Numb is better than crying all the time but I want to feel like a normal human and not just a sad and bitter one. Any suggestions on meds that may work better than just Prozac for six months out of every year?
